Why PAL exists

One of life's biggest decisions, made in the dark.

Buying or renting a home in London is one of the most significant financial decisions most people ever make. Yet the information to help you decide is fragmented across dozens of sites, often outdated, and rarely written for you.

PAL exists to fix that. We bring the data that matters into a single, honest guide for each neighbourhood — so you can make an informed decision without spending weeks trawling through council websites, Ofsted reports, crime maps, and property portals.

What we do

Neighbourhood guides, without the spin.

Property Around London publishes in-depth neighbourhood guides across the capital. Each guide combines Land Registry prices, Ofsted ratings, TfL journey times and Met Police crime data with editorial analysis that puts the numbers in context. Every data point is sourced, dated, and traceable back to an official publication.

We don't do spin, we don't do superlatives, and we don't pretend anywhere is perfect.
